Excuse my ignorance but what the heck is PGO?

PGO=pistol grip only... a shotgun the NEVER had stock - a critical sting point for the batf ...

I have an 18.5 inch barreled Mossberg combo that now has a Shockwave bird's head grip on it - Nice because it has room for the tactical flashlight, and I believe it holds one more round as well.

So then I think that helps clear it up for me. If I had once upon a time purchased a Mossberg cruiser I could cut the barrel to 14 inches, put on the birds head grip (ensure it's over 26") and be good to go but the same would not be true if my shotgun came with a buttstock.
