Medical Records linked to a 302 commitment.
Is it possible to get medical records linked to a 302 commitment from another agency other than the hospital who says the medical records were destroyed?

Try calling the PA AG office to see if there is a place such records must be sent by law. If there is you are likely to find the records there.

This whole thing is like beating a dead horse to win a race. State reps are no help. Hospital is no help. State agencies aren't no help. Where do you turn to now?
