He could relocate to the sixth.
But that brings up a new issue. Suppose he lived in the sixth and legally purchased there. Then moved to the third. What would his status then be?

Who is she (daughter, wife, mother, etc.)? If you signed her in, it may be considered voluntary. Do you have any of the records or anything to indicate that is was an involuntary commitment?

Re: Involuntary
She is screwed nationwide unless she can get a lawyer to fix her problem in PA by saying the commitment was invalid. Which is not a foregone conclusion.
Our law allows restoration of rights. A judge rewrote our laws. That's pretty much mostly what they do and they should be tarred and feathered and run out of town. And I'm trying to be polite and skipping the part with the rope.

Prince Law, eh? We have a phone conference on Monday at 10 am with Attorney Adam Kraut. Hoping for some positive news.

Was she 14 or older?
Also, highly recommend Michael McCormick, this is his specialty area and he is very fair.
Good luck with everything.
