Favorite non-leather carry belt
I've picked up a few new carry guns and the carrying sizes makes my normal 5.11 leather belt less than ideal I was thinking about picking up an adjustable belt that is still stiff enough to carry with. Anyone have any suggestions?

Re: Favorite non-leather carry belt
I use a Frequent Flyer belt made by Wilderness. The adjustments are better than a conventional belt. I wore a Wilderness Instructor belt for years. I gave up on leather belts with my waistline that fluctuates. I carried two guns on the Instructor belt without issues. A Para double stack .45 with two spare mags was no problem. Nowadays, a Kahr 9mm and two spare mags rides on the belt.
The difference between the Frequent Flyer and the Instructor belts is the buckle. The Frequent Flyer is a polymer, the Instructor is metal. No removing the Frequent Flyer at the airport.

I like this adjustable style as well. I have a 5.11 and just got a midway brand belt for I think $20 as a spare. 1.5" model works great, stiff and you can use the same belt for IWB and OWB.

I have worn my SOE EDC belt every day for the past 4 or 5 years, and it's still plenty stiff to carry iwb, owb, and even hang anything I can throw at it.

+1 on the wilderness. I like mine (5 stitch, no kydex stiffened, titanium buckle).
I am not a lawyer.

Traditional wilderness for the last 9 yrs. I need to end it back to get rebuilt as the Velcro isn't so great now. Planning to get a aht concealment belt for the interim and to have a black belt.

I use an East German uniform belt just like this one. It's about 2" wide, comfortable, durable, adjustable, stylish, and fits the loops on most of my pants. It's also stable enough that you don't even need to use loops and can just wear it "free" if you want.
