    Default Norinco 7.62x39

I need some help in finding out what this ammo is and its worth. I just came into possession of 1,650 plus and some loose rounds. They are on stripper clips wrapped in paper with string around them. Thank you in advance for your help.

It may be that banned chinese Ap stuff. It was selling (or going for) a buck a round.
Realistically its about 50-65cents each IIRC.

chinese steelcore corrosive surplus (assuming it all has the same headstamp. Its only legally AP, it isn't designed for it, they used steel cores because its cheaper than lead. Guys pay out the nose for it, though I'm not really sure why.
