You guys are making me want to search for a Ruger P89 in 9mm now. That would match my P90 in .45

Good thing these guns aren't outrageously expensive.

First center fire pistol I ever purchased. The original P85. Countless rounds fired over many years and never an issue.

My P90 is the most accurate .45 I have. (I have 1911s and hi-points also)
That's why it lives in my bedside stand.
    I have a P345 also - like it a bunch!

I'll buy a P series pistol in a minute of the price is right.

I bought a P94 police overrun from Abington guns back in the 90s. shitty trigger and very big but a tank of a gun. Sold it last year to a coworker after I found a P229 compact that I really wanted. I told him I would buy it back if he was ever going to get rid of it.

Ruger made well built over kill guns then and now. Only the Keltec knock offs are slim, the LC series. Too bad the P series didn't have a stainless steel frame version, that would be a sledge hammer. I think it's the investment cast legacy. Their revolvers are tanks also. The LCR versions are better than the smith body guard 38 if your interested in plastic revolvers. The smith is a throw away. I don't see them as repairable.
