I open carry in the Petco and Staples stores in that mall regularly.
Never noticed any signs, never had any issues.
Although those two stores do have their own entrances.
In fact; once had a cashier at the Petco (young gal, high school or college age) straighten out customer behind me in line that was amazed I was allowed to open carry.
When the woman (who looked and was acting like a NYC'er visiting for the day) said out loud "You can have a gun out in the open like that ?".
Before I had a chance to open my mouth; the young cashier quickly and loudly replied "PA is an open carry state."--ET

There's one at the Lycoming Mall but you have to really look to find it.
Oddly enough, most often I don't look that hard.
