Looking for statistics on LTCF permits

Other than checking Mr. Nobles topics, I havn't been on in quite some time...

I just had a quick question that I thought maybe you could answer:

Is there any way for me to find statistics of the number of LTCF permits that are issued in the state of Pennsylvania, or by county basis?

To be a bit more understanding: How many people currently possess a LTCF permit in PA?

Any leads would be appreciated.
