Anyone deal with Benjamin Scott Johns for an NFA Trust?
I'm looking to establish an NFA trust and would rather it be done by a lawyer. While something in the back of my brain is telling me to "shut up and call Joshua Prince," I have a hard time forking over that kind of money without considering the options.
That being said, has anyone dealt with Benjamin Scott Johns aka PA Gun Lawyer @ http://www.pagunlawyer.com/ ?
His prices seem to be reasonable and based on his website, it looks like he's probably done a fair amount of them.
I just can't find anyone with experience dealing with him.Your neighborhood friendly candyman, Tim

Re: Anyone deal with Benjamin Scott Johns for an NFA Trust?
i did my trust online and it was an easy process. it really isnt hard.
i like the benfits of being able to give my can(s) to people within the trust, just in case i need to. family members and very close friends can legally possess said items.
ymmv.

Thanks. I've already determined the trust is the way to go for me, so please refrain from the posts about being less advantageous after 41F being implemented.
Just looking to see if anyone has dealt with Benjamin Scott Johns. I'd rather spend a few extra bucks to have someone available to answer questions.
Thanks.
