Gun Show in the Fire Hall of the Kettle Creek Hose Company in Cross Fork, PA
along with their Annual Rattlesnake Roundup

In the beautiful rugged mountains of southern Potter County. Come out for the weekend. GPS coordinates 41.481728, -77.818456, along Route 144. It is north of Renovo/Lock Haven, south of Galeton/Coudersport. Just mountains and trout streams.

Events include:

- Gun show (indoors - free admission, maybe 40 tables)
- Keystone Reptile Club puts on an exhibition all weekend with snakes brought in by licensed reptile hunters and other species
- Motorcycle show
- Competition between local Fire Companies
- Horseshoe tournament
- Many vendors, crafters, etc. outdoors
- Trout fishing tournament for kids
- Food and drinks, including barbequed chicken platters, ice cream, fresh lemonade, beer available, also some local restaurants/bars

Great event, and a beautiful part of the state to visit!

There is a motel in town, some cabins, lodges, and various campgrounds in the area. Quiet Oaks is the closest campground, but there are others - use an online search to locate.

I believe Kettle Creek state park should be pretty close has good camping facilities. Olie Bull state park is in that neck of the woods not so sure if they have camping or not.

I went yesterday mainly to check out the area and the snake hunt. Maybe a dozen table with rifles and shotguns. Really no ammo or handguns. The only money I spent was on food and raffle tickets. I'll try to make it back next year but mainly just for the snake hunt and other vendors. The chance to check out some guns is just an added bonus.
