California has not just banned magazine capacity over x amount of rounds, it is in the process of banning firearms with detachable magazines of any capacity.
The Liberal Democrats are also actively trying to ban all semiautomatic firearms.
I don't understand how any gun owner that believes in the right to bear arms can support a party that wants to abolish the 2nd Amendment.

Cali does ban guns now, if it isn't on the 'approved' list, can't be sold. Also, states do not have the right to infringe on Rights protected by the US Constitution. Problem is, who gets to define infringe......

They also have a full blown AWB and I believe they recently banned the grandfathered and registered ones.

Cali wants to ban them all I'm sure eventually, because the way they are writing the laws they are making it nearly impossible to own or buy a firearm
