What people are banning guns? Gun ownership has grown.

No, they are keeping people who are mentally unfit from possessing guns. As far as I can tell, the only egregious issue is magazine capacity restriction. BTW, what about states rights?

You are either a liar or ignorant.
California has not just banned magazine capacity over x amount of rounds, it is in the process of banning firearms with detachable magazines of any capacity.
The Liberal Democrats are also actively trying to ban all semiautomatic firearms.
I don't understand how any gun owner that believes in the right to bear arms can support a party that wants to abolish the 2nd Amendment.
Why is it that when some robots are left in darkness they will seek out the light?

You can throw in New York, Mass, Connecticut, MD, etc. etc. All have recent Dem gun bans. Not to mention the legendary bans in Jersey and the nationwide AWB that expired.

Cali does ban guns now, if it isn't on the 'approved' list, can't be sold. Also, states do not have the right to infringe on Rights protected by the US Constitution. Problem is, who gets to define infringe......

They also have a full blown AWB and I believe they recently banned the grandfathered and registered ones.

Cali wants to ban them all I'm sure eventually, because the way they are writing the laws they are making it nearly impossible to own or buy a firearm
