Default Where to get a part I need.

Hi guys, I've recently inherited a Western Marshal .357mag. by Hawes Firearm Co. 005_edited-2.jpg

I'm missing the part that is circled (the screw looking bit). I was wondering if anyone knew where I could get that part and what it is called.

    Thank You.
I need a better signature than this...

It is called a Base Pin Catch Assembly, and I was going to suggest Numrich, but they are sold out.

They do have small frame ones for Herbert Schmidt, which is another German maker of similar guns. http://www.gunpartscorp.com/Products/78920I.htm maybe you could call and see if they could measure it. Do you have any of the parts?

Awesome thank you. I'll have to look around and see if I can find it. Not quite sure what you mean by your question if I have any of the parts, but I have the full gun itself and everything is on it. Just need that one part.

Contact Enck's gun barn, they do a lot of work on single action stuff, so they may be able to get something that works, it can't be that hard of a part to duplicate.

Also try Jack First.....they are as big as Numrich but do NOT have parts listed online. You have to call them.

If you can't find one, I'd almost bet that one from a Ruger Blackhawk would work.
For $20 you could try one, might need a little fitting but maybe not.
