I just finished working the NFL Draft and may take a ride over tomorrow. Worst case I waste a little gas.

Any feedback on how this show was? My son lives in the area, so I can combine an Armory show with a trip to visit him next time. Are these shows worth going to?

Traditionally I've heard the consensus is no.

I can get there in about twenty minutes but I've stopped going.

I would rather go to the Armory than mow my lawn. I wouldn't buy anything big because you have to pay 8 percent tax, but I always spend a few dollars there. Take the ride, hit the show, visit your son.

Many gun show purchases are "tax included", or at least that's the story, and they're stickin' to it. I almost always pay cash.
