In my opinion "concealed on ones person" is under ones clothes coat etc. OR in a case where it can be fired without being removed, ie briefcase gun.

That brings up another interesting question then. How big of a case are we talking about? What about a motor vehicle sized case? I know in PA a vehicle isn't "concealed" in regards to LTCF definitions but could it be considered concealed federally if in a vehicle to somehow meet the requirements to be considered an AOW?

A normal case would be ok. But one that is designed to be shot through is not. https://youtu.be/CCN9Z0DLGYo

Ok, so the definitive answer to the question of,

Can you conceal a "title 1 other firearm" in Pennsylvania? (e.g. A gun greater than 26 inches overall length, that has never had a stock, that has a smooth bore and a barrel length less than 18 inches (Mossberg Shockwave) or a gun greater than 26 inches overall length, that has never had a stock, with a rifled bore, a barrel less than 15 inches and a vertical forward grip (AR pistol with VFG))

The answer would be yes if you have a license to carry firearms and it's off of ones person and also yes to have it loaded in a vehicle.

The answer would be no if it was concealed ON ones person unless it was registered as an AOW because concealing it ON ones person MAY change it into an AOW.

IANAL but does this about sum it up?

Edit, does the shockwave type gun also have to have a barrel less than 15 inches like a rifled bore firearm would to fall under the LTCF?

Driving with it in your car is considered concealing.

According to who? Not Pennsylvania. It's either loaded in a vehicle or not. Nothing about concealment.

I'll edit to add, nothing in 6106 says that a vehicle conceals a firearm. This is why you need a LTCF even open carrying on top of a motorcycle. There are two reasons to need a LTCF according to 6106 and this has been hashed out over and over again. 1. To conceal a firearm on or about ones person or 2. To have a loaded firearm in a vehicle.

Also during a SoE and in a city of the first class no matter what the method of carry.
