What stupid gun things have you seen for sale?

I just spotted this in an ad.
Evidently Ruger makes and sells these for their Alaskan.

Looks like a perfectly functional and well made thumb break holster to me. I would prefer it without the Ruger branding, but what exactly makes it "stupid."

Exposed trigger makes it kind of stupid, but its a revolver with the holster strap securing the hammer down, so....meh whatever.

I'm glad the zombie targets and zombie ammo and zombie this and that phase is almost over. At first it was a funny novelty then it got old.

The exposed trigger is dangerous while holstered. The strap mitigates the danger.
As soon as that strap is let loose, the trigger is "hot" and when drawing ... it's easy to lose trigger discipline, especially in a stress situation.

Holsters that cover the trigger FORCE the user to grip the pistol without inserting a finger into the guard.

More safer-er by design.

The whole zombie craze was/is nothing more then then Twilight for tacticool people.
