Small NWPA town proposes gun ordinance. (Update voted down.)
Recognize some names here, thanks.
"According to an article on PrinceLaw.com, the Firearms Industry Consulting Group, a division of the Civil Rights Defense Firm, filed a letter in opposition to the proposal on behalf of its client, Firearms Owners Against Crime."

Re: Small NWPA town proposes gun ordinance.
It's based on the Rose valley delco ordnance against firearm discharges. Rose valley full of liberal dimwits but the whole townships like a quarter square mile. They do allow hunting with archery equipment in several parks and nature reserves because the place is crawling with deer. Land owners can sign a waiver to allow hunting in their safety zones with archery. To me it seems fair as it's pretty crowded area for the amount of wooded lands. In retrospect though, I see how this could set precedence over the preemtion laws. So yeah if you can build a shooting range compliant with the rules set by the PAGC then the two. can get effd

Since they're unwilling to share a copy of the ordinance before submitting it (surprise, surprise) it's hard to comment fully. But these ordinances confuse a lot of people on both sides into thinking that discharging your firarm in self defense would become illegal, which it wouldn't. Something the liberals are trying to accomolish.

The ordinance also created controversy when the borough and Montana refused to give copies of it to media outlets covering the story.
Freedom of Information Act requests were also denied.
I really wish the DA's in the counties would start smacking township councils and school boards when they so clearly violate the law. Instead they let them go, much like what happened down here, even when they were caught on tape admitting they were violating the law.Rules are written in the stone,

Re: Small NWPA town proposes gun ordinance.
The council President voted YES. Vote that idiot woman out, people.
Council president Susan Schmader and council member Karen Reddick both voted “Yes” to proceed with the ordinance, but “No” votes by council vice president Richard Thompson, Robert Rawson, John Reed, John Stants, and Donna Buckner brought the matter to a close.
Hate to say it. but you need to do your homework in that Borough before putting women in power. Get more women like Donna Buckner.Galations 6:9...And let us not grow weary of doing good, for in due season we will reap, if we do not give up.
