Remington 870 wingmaster help
Date marked is nov 1949 and has the vented rib and adjustable choke. Looks to be a strong 85+ percent shape.
I'm selling it for an old friend of mine and did research on it but cant find if the vented rib and choke are factory.
The rib says: simmons gun specialties Kansas city mo. Any idea what the value is, I checked broker but there wasn't anything to compare it to.
The gun is in pretty good shape for the age of it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Re: Remington 870 wingmaster help
I checked the Blue Book of Guns, the oldest 870's there start at 1950 and with a vent rib they are $250 at the most for 85%. Not sure about the adjustable choke as it wasn't mentioned.

Yeah, $250 tops with that Poly choke on it. The choke is soldered on and depending how much it was used it can just fall off or shoot off without warning.
