    You are exactly right about the War on Drugs.

    The U.S. doesn't need any czars. The irony is probably lost on Trump: With all the accusations flying around about so-called, Russian interference in Election 2016, one would probably want to avoid using the Russian term for king.

    The war on drugs is an industry funded by the taxpayer and profited by those the .gov deem to involve. Just like the War on Poverty, those profiting from it have no reason for it to end.
