How is this going to address online sales? If onlineammo.com can't do a background check, be ready to see PA join their list of "we do not sell or ship to" states. Do your laws define ammunition as components as well as functional cartridges? Ours does, and good luck getting primers, powder cases or projectiles shipped in.

what we need to do is get the word out and smack it down early. look into the co-signers and map it out. looks like a good handful of people that need voted out as soon as possible.
