If it doesn't require law enforcement doing it try a local ups store they do them in several locations in my area.

Friends of mine told me they go to Trop Gun Shop in Etown to get their their prints done. They are open on Sundays too. Its a little bit of a drive from you but if you get on 30 and hook up to 283 it shouldn't be too bad. Being from Philly you should be used to traffic. If you are up for the drive I'd call them first to confirm they do what you want.

I bought a Sirchie ink pad and ordered my cards for free from BATFE and rolled my own. I have a buddy hold the card while I concentrate on hitting the square. You will screw up a couple but I put them in as my "second" submission and all have cleared. Dont order the card holder as it just doesnt work very well. If you do many at a time its much easier for future submissions....good luck. Im just above Philly if you need another pair of hands.

Thanks for the advice. I bought a stripped lower from New frontier outfitters and they offered to do them for free as long as I have the cards. I plan on going in sometime this week. That place is gtg very reasonable prices and maybe the cheapest transfer fee within the city $35.

Just an FYI.. your local PD department will do this for you as well.
I called ahead of time and they did it for me.
