PAFOA/WCMG NFA Group Shoot - May 13, 2017 (Western Washington County)

JOIN US on May 13th at 4:00PM at Washington County Tactical Range for a NFA Group Shoot.

WHAT WILL BE THERE:
PAFOA Members with their NFA items PLUS Washington County Machine Guns will bring 10 machine guns that attendees can shoot for free WITH YOUR factory-new brass-cased FMJ ammo (7.62x39 can be steel case). EACH ATTENDEE can shoot 50 rounds each out of any three of these machine guns:

1: M16 suppressed (5.56)
2: AK47 (7.62x39)
3: MP5 (9mm)
4: UMP (40S&W)
5: Glock 18 (9mm)
6: Kriss Vector (45ACP)
7: Tommy Gun (45ACP)
8: FAL (308)
9: SCAR 17 (308)
10: G36K (5.56)

We will also be demo'ing our BAR and M60, plus have our entire 40+ machine gun inventory there for you guys/gals to check out.

WHO CAN ATTEND:
Open to ALL PAFOA MEMBERS who have been members of PAFOA for at least one year. NO ONE under 16 is permitted. You do NOT need to own an NFA item to attend, but if you do own one, please feel free to bring it including: machine guns, SBR's, SBS's, suppressors, and the lonely AOW category. Of course, we also welcome any types of pistols, revolvers, rifles, and shotguns.

WHAT CAN YOU BRING AND SHOOT:
Anything. There are no limitations on calibers, rate of fire, or type of firearm. Machine guns, SBR's, SBS's, suppressors, and AOW's.

FEE:
$10.00 range fee

DATE / TIME:
May 13th from 4:00PM till 7:00PM (safety briefing at 4:00PM)

LOCATION:
Washington County Tactical Range
25 Greaves Road
West Alexander, PA 15376

FREE STUFF:
Each attendee will be entered into a free drawing to shoot a 100-round belt out of our M60E1 machine gun chambered in 308, FROM THE HIP of course. Winner MUST be present at the time of drawing at 6:50pm and be shooting the M60 at 7:00 to finish the day. Also GLOCK is sending us some free SWAG to give away to the first 20 attendees.

SAFETY BRIEFING:
Safety briefing will be at 4:00PM.

PARKING:
We have 3 parking lots (One at the 3D Archery range and two at shooting range) plus you can park along the road facing West bound. Do NOT park on both sides of the road.

RANGES:
ONLY THE 50-yard range will be used for this event. The 50-yard range does have 25' covered area, but dress for the weather. All other ranges are off limits to non-range members.

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING:
Ear and Eye protection mimimally and hopefully a bunch of attendees will bring out their NFA stuff. We will be handing out smiles to each attendee.

VOLUNTEERS:
We need a couple of NRA RSO's to help us out. If you are interested, please post on the thread.

REMEMBER, This is open to ALL PAFOA MEMBERS who have been PAFOA members for at least one year.

This is not a competition, simply an informal shoot for members of PAFOA.

All type of firearms/calibers are permitted including full auto shooting and bump firing of semi autos.

A safety briefing will be given prior to the start of the shoot in order to familiarize any new shooters to the range setup and go over some basic rules in place to ensure a safe shooting environment. Firearms will be kept unloaded until the shooter is on the firing line. There are rifle racks and table areas for handguns which are kept with actions open.

If you plan to attend, please take a moment to post something in this thread. It gives us all a better idea of how many to expect and some discussion keeps the thread active where others will see it. If you can't make it, we won't hold you to it.

If you have any other questions at all about the shoot, just ask and someone will be sure to help.
