Default Fails to eject xdm red dot.

So how do I go about fixing this. I have a xdm that I sent out and had the slide milled for a red dot. Gun shoots fine with iron sights. Installed red dot I get failure to eject every so often, also noticed side won't lock back sometimes. But if I run my suppressor on it I never have a single problem. Ammo is 115 blazer brass and 114 wwb.

Sounds like the weight of the reflex sight is slowing the slide down and causing failures. It will work suppressor possibly due to the added back pressure. You can try and find a lighter recoil spring when shooting without the suppressor.

Try running a few boxes of 124gr NATO spec or +P ammo through it with the RMR on and the suppressor off. This may resolve the issue without having to find a new recoil assembly.

Now that all of you mentioned it the gun ran fine with 147gr ammo. Looks like I will be ordering a recoil spring.
