I think that video is a pretty good testimony to the lcp2. I'm not one for small pocket guns, I carry full framed guns. I've seen videos of guns a lot more expensive then a lcp2 that did not perform as well as the lcp2. I still wouldn't buy one but I think it's good for anyone considering.

The water and "mud" portion was mostly pointless.

Not even addressing the water.
Potting mix is just peat moss - soft, fluffy stuff - it's not "dirt" or "mud". Not much chance of it causing issues.

The "wet" sand was sort of cheating because wet sand sticks together, keeping a lot of it from getting into small cracks.


None of was very impressive. I give it a "2" as far as torture tests go.

I'm no more or less impressed with the pistol than before. Seems a solid choice to me.

Won't play on iPad 1 so I can't watch it without effort. However lcp and lcp 2 are in my rotation. Both are up to the task. I sometimes carry 25s and 22s so 380 is more gun. Then too I carry 357 and 38 on occasion. It's been awhile since I've carried 45. Mouse guns are very convent. I'm not tourcher testing anything I own as I'm not ever going to be in those conditions so neither will my guns. Besides, I have Hi-Points, the most survivable gun on he market. Two of them on a chain make the ultimate survival/defense tool ever!
