Default Other lawful purpose case in Drexel Hill?

    http://www.philly.com/philly/news/crime/Cops-Man-brought-loaded-gun-clips-to-Drexel-Hill-Middle-School.html

LTCF holder and Act 235 qualified according to the article. If it's true that he left a round in a sink and lied about having the firearm, it won't help his case but no case is perfect.

The rumor going around the area was that he did not have a ltcf. I had a feeling he did. I am just curious about the extra bullet and how it ended up in a sink. Chitwood is an idiot.
    Some people just plain suck.

He has a nice case against Chitwood for violating the confidentiality provision regarding his LTCF. Chitwood also committed a felony of the 3rd degree by disclosing it.

My guess is he went into the bathroom, took out a loaded weapon, dropped the mag, and racked the slide and the round went flying and he did not see where it went and looked all over the floor. Put it all in his bag and left. The ejected round was hiding in the sink.

C'mon, anyone carrying multiple clips is preparing for something catastrophic!

    That's a good thing, right?

The news said he had a LOT of clips filled with bullets. That was last night.
Not a word about it this morning.

So, devils advocate here. The possession of (or lack thereof) of a LTCF may be an element of a crime charged, and such would be mentioned in the criminal complaint probable cause affidavit, which is public record. Is that a disclosure?

"He has a nice case against Chitwood..."
Yeah. Because that's what's important in this fiasco.
