At least one victim remains in the hospital after two unrelated shootings early Saturday morning in Indiana.

Borough police said Samantha Riley, 20, of Indiana, was wounded in the torso when Matthew T. McNevin, 20, of Indiana, fired a pistol at Carlos E. Recalde-Campos, 21, of Indiana, after the two men had a dispute at about 1:39 a.m. at 1128 Oakland Ave.

Shooting #1: 20-year-old shoots at 21-year-old with whom he's having a disagreement, hits him (he subsequently dies), and hits a third party (she lives, but is hospitalized). Nothing on the Pa. Court Docket site yet.

Shooting #2: Three guys confront two guys, one of the two accidentally shot his partner, but also got one of the confronters. Two got arrested, but the "news" article doesn't clearly say which two.

In addition to the homicide charge, they at least got him on gun charges, too. Stolen gun (which he couldn't legally purchase) & carrying without a license (since he's too young to get a license). Bail was denied.
