Default Three dead crooks, this is why you NEED an AR-15

Next time a lunatic leftist asks in their sarcastic belittling voice "Why do you need an "assault rifle"?"...
    Tell them this is why.

Three would-be robbers were shot and killed Monday when an Oklahoma homeowner's son opened fire on them with an AR-15, authorities said.

Holy hell, this is three doors down from my cousin's house. Just now put 2+2 together...

Kid should lawyer-up, IMHO. I don't think he's in the wrong in the least. But my default is "shoot someone, lawyer up."

Broken Arrow is one of the locations I've been looking into relocating to.
It's lower on my list than other places, but it's good to know if I would move there that I should make sure the kids keep practiced up on their weaponry...

Broken arrow is a middle-class suburb to the east of Tulsa.

Haven't been there for several years to visit cousin, but it was a pretty typical quiet peaceful suburb last I knew...

Imagine having to live there after that. I'd have to move.

Three dead intruders and two uninjured residents....sounds like damned good shooting to me.The dead guy in the driveway might be an issue though.

He didn't NEED to shoot ANYONE. "The intent was robbery" so they wouldn't have hurt ANYONE, but NOOOOOO... trigger-happy gun nut has to spray them with bullets and murder them dead with an assault machinegun.

Deputy Nick Mahoney says the preliminary investigation shows that the three suspects went to the residence with the intent to burglarize the home.

"They were dressed in black, all had masks on, and all had gloves on," said Mahoney.

Mahoney says the suspects broke in through a glass door in the back of the house. After entering the residence, the suspects encountered the homeowner's 23-year-old son who also lives there.

"There was a short exchange of words and then gunfire happened," he said.

Two of the suspects were armed, according to investigators.

"a third ran from the home but collapsed and died in the driveway." Sounds like he was shot in the house?
