I applied back in March and got my letter after 30 calendar days. When I went to pick up today, I noticed they are now telling people that they are cutting the processing time back to 40 days "temporarily." No idea what this might be about and I didn't really get a chance to ask.

That's good to hear. my wife and I went down yesterday to begin the process. I saw an old friend getting hers and she said it took only 13 days! I'm a little worried about the parking ticket issue.
