Personally the feds can go fuck themselves. If the state allows those that lawfully own a gun to carry the same, then they are in effect licensed. My personal POV right or wrong. Originally Posted by IV_Warrior
If anyone loses sleep over it they can still get a LTCF. And IMO the issue still goes away. What could be the justification to deny a LTCF under C&R when the individual can otherwise carry? You wouldn't even need lawyer to fight that.
