Visit to Thunder Valley Precision

Here's a pic or two of Thunder Valley in Ohio, just under two hours West of Pittsburgh.

He has open range days and competitions throughout the year.

His competitions use other targets not shown here because they have different shooting points other than the normal firing line. They are scattered all over his property and his short course is the most popular featuring three different shooting locations and five different targets at each spot. I don't think any target is beyond 600 yards. He also has a head hunter and long course comp.

That's great, I want to make a trip out there once I complete my mosin build, hopefully in the next month or 2.

Pay attention to their website and Facebook page. He hasn't posted the entire schedule for this summer.

He is not open every weekend and some weeks it's closed for private training.

I was going to ask you how that worked with membership/scheduling and what not.
I'm not prepared yet but eventually I'd like to make my way down there and take a couple of pokes at the mile.

As I remember. Yearly membership is $100.00 and open range days and competitions are $20.00 per day and non-members pay $30.00 per day.
