    Lightbulb AR Barrel Quick Disconnect

    Hey everyone I'm building my AR-15 pistol I'm looking for a barrel quick disconnect I found a company I added the link below, does anyone have a quick disconnect they would recommend?

    The dolos system is supposed to be really good.



    Imo, you already have two takedown pins built into your AR......

    +1000. Those two pins are what I use to make an AR fit a smaller case.

    Neat idea as I was thinking a quick way to swap barrels into an upper. One advantage would be keeping the BCG/charging handle in place in the upper. But it's a pretty expensive option. More economical to just buy more uppers.

    I also checked out the Dolos installation. Three set screws snugged on the threads of the upper receiver is all that holds the mounting lug in place. I don't think I'd feel too confident that would be secure enough.
