That only has to do with the duty to retreat. Zimmerman didn't have the means to retreat, because Trayvon was sitting on his chest. He would have been every bit as justified in PA as he was in FL.

that fat guy falling and scooting away, yeah thats me. however, there were plenty of occasions where the people were out of view of the perp.
he turns his back on people and leaves them out of view. i'd say thats the chance to draw and fire. i didn't hear anything but news audio but i assume when he was holding the door closed and waving the gun, he mentioned it was a robbery to the people. thats your "OK" as far as i'm concerned.
IANAL and all that but tried by twelve instead of carried by six.

(was that one guy trying to get into the bank? thats what we watch from 9am to 10am before we open, people walk up and yank without reading CLOSED. if they see you, they start banging)
