Default What's a completely numbers matching t53 worth?

I'm familiar with how to price out random mismatch mosins and t53s. But I'm trying to put a value on a numbers matching "B" grade example that I have. It's nothing special except for numbers matching and non counter bored. A buddy offered me $300 for it, I've just never seen one for sale locally.

    Thoughts?

Original matching as in non-ground bolt and never went through a refurbishment?

Depending on the overall condition, if the wood is better than average and it's original matching, imo the high end is $400.
I've seen forced matched examples with $350 price tags not being sold.
I'd say if the wood is the typical beat up stuff and it's original matching, $300 to a friend is a fair deal.
I'd expect just a hair more out of it from a stranger.
