I wonder what Stark's BAC was, because carrying a firearm while impaired is like the best idea... ever!

Something is not right with this story. Was this three law abiding people with a LTCF who started shooting each other or was this a ghetto or biker bar (nothing against bikers but you know what I mean) with prohibited persons carrying .

Since I have never been to a neighborhood bar with two security guards on duty on a Thurs night my guess is the latter.

Someone needs to buy Penn Live a thesaurus. Just about every article they have involving a shooting they use "shots rang out"

Impressive Docket sheet. With a good lawyer he can probably get the "Public Drunkenness And Similar Misconduct" charge dropped.

I did notice he was charged with "possession of a weapon". Does that mean he did not have a LTCF? Or did they just add that charge too.

Good luck getting 108 victims to show up at court. I don't see it happening. I'll bet better than half wont even show up and those charges will get dropped. The only winner in this is the Constable who gets to serve 108 Subpoenas!

I've done it. It simply means it's less likely to come out of my holster, but I'm probably more likely to run into an emergency.

Having a few beers with buddies, despite the advertising, does not make me bulletproof. And I'm not planning on paying the price of giving up my right to defend myself for a damn beer. Now, if you know you are an idiot or can't control yourself, then you shouldn't be drinking in public in the first place. Stay home. You can talk to your dog. He will listen to every word you say. Very good listener. Just don't step on his tail cause he gonna bite you.
