If a defendant is arrested for D.U.I./DRUGS., What drug was he under the influence of? Schedule I, II or III. Was the resulting charge out
of an accident where personal injury happend to victims. When and if he was fingerprinted were they forward to the F.B.I. . The OP mentioned the Federal Form 4473, section 11 e question. Now being PSP is the point of contact, it would appear to me that it was the
FBI that would have denied the purchase after due diligence records research that they have on file. BTW, could the defendants have had
other charges with the DUI or other convictions they did not disclose, we do not know. It is my experience that doing PICS, that either you
get an an approval, denial and no explanation as to why. Here is your appeal form. Follow the instruction to the letter. GET AN ATTORNEY.
