GP100 convert to 10mm/40S&W?
Hey all, I'm thinking about another project...converting a 3" GP100 to 10mm/40s&w for a fun trail gun. Got a couple inquiries out to some gunsmiths including Reeder. Whats the group think on this one? It would be a nice alternative to buying a 41 mag redhawk is my thinking and the frame oughta be stout enough...

Clements Custom Guns does this: http://www.clementscustomguns.com/gp100.html
Reeder also does a 41 Mag 5 shot conversion on GP 100sThe Lord Bless You

You would be better off with the new .44 special GP100.
