Harrisburg 3/17 to 3/19 3 day show

I have no complaint about the $12.00 admission price at all - remember it costs the promoter to rent the hall, advertise and staff/insure the show.
If they can't cover their costs and make a few bucks, there is no incentive for them to keep doing shows.
In my opinion, it is not realistic to expect a $2.00 admission.

For me, it is worth it for seeing some other collectors and sharing information obtained thru social contacts.

I reupped my NRA membership, for $30 and got into show for free ... PLUS avoided the long wait in line!

Just a thought, but would there be more traffic with a $5 admission? If so, would vendors be willing to pay more for a table? I worked the Home Show yesterday until 5. Was going to stop over and check it out but i signed up for the coupon online and it was never sent to me plus i was there a little later than i planned to be. So i skipped the show. Like others said, i could probably pay shipping from midway at less than $12 and not worry about traffic and get the products for close, if not cheaper than the show prices.

Ive said it for years at the Home Show that they should bring in an HGtv star. It may cost $50k or whatever, but the vendors would mostly be willing to spend more based on the extra amount of foot traffic coming to the show.

Just a thought. Im not really a gun show guy myself but was looking at this show since i was there anyway
