Quick question on legality of "holding guns" for someone.
Theoretical, based on reality of course.
Handguns...If someone is getting a divorce, and he wants to 'hide' guns and gives them to a friend... Is that legal?
The two scenarios possible are he gave them to him, to keep, which of course would need a transfer with FFL right?
The other being, just handed friend guns to keep at another residence with intention of getting them back.. Which not sure if the friend would need ltcf, which i thought they would.
Finally, long arms.... As far as I know no laws broken if you want to just 'give' one to a friend.
Any clarification would be helpful. Thanks!
