Default Accurate, small .380 for deep concealment

I was very happy with my LCP classis as a deep carry gun, however after shooting it side by side with my EDC 43 yesterday, I was disappointed in the accuracy of the LCP.

I know that these guys aren't supposed to be range toys, but I'd like to tighten up my groups a bit. I can put 7 in a pie plate at 7 yds, with the 43 the holes touch.

Is there a .380 put there that you guys and gals are happy with? I'd reluctantly sacrifice a little size for more accuracy

Why not another 43. Or a 42. They are tiny so I'm not sure how much smaller you want to get

If you want smaller than the 43,and I ccw the 43 or 19 everyday,i have a 42 (not for sale ) that is my beach gun,it ccws in my bathing suit on the beach or shorts, but the 43 gets the most ccw.

Buy more .380 ammo and practice because the LCP is a very capable pistol. All other pistols in its class are going to be similar in the way they handle. The new LCP two boasts a new improved trigger and a set of useable sights while only adding a negligible size difference. The G42 is a lighter recoiling pistol but it does that by adding size to the equation making it just slightly smaller then then 43.

I'm just now getting my feet wet with a Glock 42. I like shooting it at about +/- 10yds at steel. It's been a little finicky with my reloads using Berry's 100gn plated round nose over titegroup. I was getting stove pipes at a load I used on my wife's LCP. Had to max it to get it to run. I have not yet shot factory ammo through it.

Anyway, I have to think a ruger LC380 might be something to look at and with a lower price. Sorry no experience to share

I love my Bersa Thunder 380. They are HIGHLY underrated and often overlooked in favor of the more popular and mainstream brands.

They do have a magazine disconnect, but it is easy to remove if you don't like them.

Recent production has the Kalifornia legal integral lock. See if you can find an older one without that bull shit.

Likely its simply a case of longer bbl, better accuracy.
I reslly like th e size of that little fucker, so i guess its going to come down to putting a few hundred rounds down the tube and work at it.
Unlike golf, where i can just buy a more forgiving club...lol

The Sig P290 never seems to get much love.

I have one in 9mm, and it's very accurate for its size. It'll do minute of pie plate at 25 yds all day.

If that were the only option, I'd stick with the 43. I know it and several.
of it brothers, and have found then all.to be spot on.

Qyestion is a deep concealment 380 when your on summer mode, ie elastic waist shorts and a barely there there shirt. In that scenario, the 43 is a little much for me, but the LCP fits nicely.
Just to be clear, im looking for an LCP replacement, the glock brothers have lifetime room and board.
