    Oh yeah.

    Not only are you allowed to carry in a bar, you can drink while carrying.
    Not that I would recommend it, but the law does not prohibit it.

    Churches are a no-no though.

    No. It is an LTFC because you are speaking the names of the letters, not the sound of them, as in A license.

    Actually it would be "an" LTCF because it is an initialism and the L is pronounced as a vowel sound (el).

    I admit that I've always said "an" when using the initials just because it sounds wrong the other way.
    It just seemed wrong. I guess it's right.

    It's best they don't hand anything out. Most times it's highly inaccurate, and lots of useless opinion rather than statements in fact.
