I'd like to take it for a test drive.

Re: Beretta APX 9mm
At the end of the video he says the trigger isn't as good as a CZ P10C, HK VP9, or Walther PPQ, but it's much better than a 1st generation S&W M&P trigger. That doesn't make me feel impressed about the trigger. It's a little interesting he waits until the end of the video to mention that.

Re: Beretta APX 9mm
I have got to agree a statement about the trigger being as good as the 1st gen M&P does not warrant spending $500 on it!

Re: Beretta APX 9mm
Beretta, Sig, Glock, S&W, Remington, Ruger, Walther, CZ, HK, Springfield, FN etc. all making striker fire guns...I'd love to be able to line all of them up and shake them out to determine my ideal striker pistol.
The only striker pistols I own are a pair of Glocks right now...
Of course we all know that there is only one real choice for autoloading pistols and that is a Colt 1911A1

Re: Beretta APX 9mm
I will say that I like the slide cuts, but then we have a pin popping up through the top of the slide each time the striker is released. I will admit I have gone through a bunch of striker fired pistols looking for that decent out of the box striker fired trigger, stock triggers on most just don't cut it. Now I can upgrade my trigger systems on my glocks to a nice pyrimad trigger system and then it's how I want it,but that empties the wallet. PPQ is currently the best stock trigger out their. I am hoping that the CZ trigger lives up to the hype that's out there. I was interested in that Beretta till Mac made that statement on the trigger. I don't want a Gen 1 M&P style trigger feel not for $500.00. I do like the Ergo looking grip frame with beavertail, looked that minimal muzzle flip when he was shooting it.

I love both of my Beretta Storms ....I'm not a huge striker fired pistol fan but I am a huge Beretta fan . I wouldn't mind giving this new one a try.
