Cool AK 47 MILLED RECIEVERS ?

Where can I find one ? Not to sure about the riveted stamped recievers. If I go that route, which ones would be non problematic ? Want to add another AR or AK,Opinions wanted. MDT

Sharp bros released one not too long ago. Rifle dynamics use them for their production rifles.

Yep. Stamped work pretty much the same. Accuracy levels aren't much different either.

I don't own a milled receiver AK variant, but those who do say the overall action is a bit smoother. Makes sense. But heavier. If your concern is durability/functionality, you're not gaining anything going milled over stamped. For stamped, Nodak Spud or Childers. I understand 74uLLC makes excellent receivers that are as close as you can get to a real deal (welds/markings/etc.), but the wait is over a year.

milled are nice and seem to hold their value better, i have a century ak63d with milled receiver but dont have enough rounds through it to say if its good or not. my other milled are rewelds from parts kits.

There are differences in stamped receivers...the thickness (gauge) of the metal....or so I am told.
