He should be charged with attempted violation of the Pennsylvania Constitution and banished to New Jersey therefor to dwell among his own kind.

All the refuddicans need to do to put a stop to these bills from being introduced is start introducing bill of their own. Right to work, a crack down on abortions, bathroom bills etc... make the marionettes do the dance for a change.

You guys know the Republicans control both the House and Senate....right?

In fact, I believe we have enough votes to override any veto from the Gov.

I logged in just to post. NEVER- and I mean NEVER- get complacent. I don't care if there was one democrat in the PA Congress.

You guys know the last time the republicans had both the house and the senate they also had the governor and all we got was the watered down castle doctrine, right? The same one that we were supposed to jump on the bandwagon and fight for then, and now we are supposed to jump on the badwagon and fight to change.

I seem to recall with the last year or so there was at least one may two threads on this site where a OP was trying to convince others that that it’s a good idea that one complete a mandatory training class in order to apply for a LTCF. The only difference between that idea and this legislation is that this bill mandates taking a “safety” class prior to buying or possesses a firearm. To you people that still think mandatory training is a good idea before being able to obtain a LTCF you might want to read this bill and be careful what you wish for because it appears the anti(s) already have an enhanced version of your “good idea”.

Probably has something to do with them being certified instructors.
