    Waste of legislative time. Only five co-sponsors to such an intrusive law with no controlling party members among the five is going to be an uphill battle, and that is an understatement. Three minutes of consideration in front of a subcommittee and a cloud of smoke while the matter is tabled for another lifetime. Cruz should write a personal check to the legislature for pissing away their time.
