Default Using multi-cal lower for 9mm build?

I currently have an existing PSA "multi" cal pistol lower and I want to build a 10.5" 9mm ar pistol. Am I correct in assuming that this upper will fit on the existing lower? Secondly, what do I need to do to allow it to accept glock mags?

Are you using a PSA 9mm upper? Your post makes it sound like you have the upper or have it picked out....

To my knowledge, you need a Glock specific lower to run Glock mags. You can use colt mags with a mag block that you put in your lower prior to mating it with your upper....

The PSA 9mm upper will fit a mil spec lower....

Sometimes there are specific bolts (BCGs) to run either Glock or Colt mags. Make sure you get the correct one. PSA (and others) have hybrid bolts (BCGs) that will run both....

You will also need a 9mm buffer. I don't have the weights in front of me but its just basically a heavy carbine buffer. I ordered mine from Rock River Arms for $26 I think.

Personally when I built mine I went with a Hahn mag block to run Colt Mags. It drops in from the top and is held in place by Bolt release. About $179 if you shop around. Promag makes cheap $20 mags that work ok. I know of one guy in PA prototyping a glock mag block but never seen one for sale yet.

    Edit.

I did find this after some Google-Fu

I already have 30 round glock mags, I'd prefer to stick with that if possible
