Since our weapons are NOT built per military specs, therefore not accepted, they are not qualified as war weapons.

While intentions may be in the right place here (or maybe not) this EO which may not be completed or even real does not reflect the true nature of the 2A in a way Americans should be comfortable with.

At the end of the day EO's mean squat since they can be rescinded by the next idiot in charge. As an American I want real laws passed with true protections for our constitutional rights.

First, “Section 3(f) 'Militia Rifles' shall mean the firearms designated in Section 4 that are made in America and suitable for use in self-defense, community defense, defense of States and defense of the Nation." So, AK47s or SKS or HK91s or anything not made in the US aren't usable in self defense, community defense, et al?
Second, "Section 4(a) The AR-15 and similar semi-automatic rifles, to include flash suppressors and bayonet lugs, magazines of up to thirty round capacities, M-7 bayonets, and ammunition in 5.56 NATO or .223 Remington, in all quantities." Frankly, I'd rather not have the US government telling me that I can't have 40 round or 100 round magazines or .300 Blackout or .308 WIN in my AR.
This is the problem with the little "tit-for-tat" law making game.

As has been proven in California for decades, there is no way to write comprehensive gun law... whether pro or anti. Maybe this is the true genius of "shall not be infringed". Some things were meant to just be left alone.

but the antis treat it like a scab, picking and picking and picking... don't they realize that one day they will pick too hard? i know the last time i did that, i reopened the wound, blood everywhere.

oh and BTW if Ginsburg steps down we will have a 6-4 Justice panel. Ginsburg wont finish before Trump is out of Office so i feel Trump will pick a Justice to replace that old mummy as well.
How do you get 6-4 (=10 where I went to school) if Ginsburg steps down?

where do you see that? not Full auto capable?
    AR15 or similar.
So In my eyes my AR pattern .308 would qualify
Remember, military contracts go to the lowest bidder. Unless you're building the F35.

Military has specific design requirements on just about everything. So, technically store bought stuff doesn't qualify.
