Re: US Appeals Court Stomps on the Constitution...Upholds MD AWB.
It would be interesting if the supreme court ruled in much the same way as they did with marriage in that states could no longer allow limits.
The "no weapons of war allowed" mentality is so weak that is defies logic.

Here are the leftist judges that rule according to politics instead of the Constitution.

Constitutional rights do not come from the government.......These so called Judges are political hacks. No standing. As relevant as an illegal order. The courts have been corrupted. Government is corrupted.
A Republic, if you can keep it.

Some firearms sold in NJ come with orange tags or stickers that say "Not Legal for Sale in California". I always saw that as a big selling point and would clinch the sale with me. I own a couple. So I guess that means I can't visit California with them. Oh well, that's life.
I always thought it an odd warning, but my guess is that California makes the manufacturer label them that way as a condition of distributing the firearms that are legal for sale in California. Cali does that a lot, applying their rules and regulations extra-jurisdictionally.

My understanding is the Sovereign States delegates certain enumerated powers to the Federal government, which the states CREATED, and the Sovereign States "RESERVED" their power to take it back. "Delegates" means a higher power to a lower power. That includes the Executive, Judiciary and Congress. If they are not in accordance with the Constitution and Bill of Rights, their laws or judgements are null and void. And remember judges in the Judiciary can be removed for
bad behavior.
The Ninth Circuit judges can legally be removed, for bad behavior. The power lies with the sovereign states.
