This was a decision by Judicial nitwits who know little about firearms and even less about the Constitution. After Judge Gorsuch reaches the court, hopefully this case will make it to the SCOTUS docket.

we have a 5-4 decision with Gorsuch so dont jump to conclusions just yet...FYI it will never happen, no matter how hard the liberals try to derail us, the NRA always steps in and Trump owes them a favor for being a sponsor in his campaign.

oh and BTW if Ginsburg steps down we will have a 6-4 Justice panel. Ginsburg wont finish before Trump is out of Office so i feel Trump will pick a Justice to replace that old mummy as well.

They have no power to extend second amendment protection to weapons of war. They also have no power to limit second amendment protections.
