I know where you mean. It is an odd intersection. That intersection runs you into sucon hill. The public range that is closed is on to of the hill. You need to keep an eye out for it the first time you go.

Sounds more like a toll booth than an intersection, except that they get $50 from 1 driver in 50 instead of $1 from every driver. What a f*d up light.
You are a straight white man. You don't get to be the victim, sweetie.

No way, Never pay anything up front. Send the ticket back in and fight it.

Let me know how that works for you.

i'm an expert at getting pulled over. It used to be 50 bucks, but now the bastards want full price PLUS 7 dollars. All you can do it pay up front, and wait for your day in court.

Maybe I've just had good luck with them not caring. I also consider myself an expert in getting pulled over and I've never paid up front and have never been questioned about it. I just check "pleads not guilty" and send it back without any money.

I have to agree with this, I have never been made to pay up front.

As per the back of the ticket, the $50 is if there is no amount listed.

I have sent $50 in plenty of times. The last time I only sent $50, I came home to a constables card taped to my door. He had come to collect either the rest of the money, or me.

Push for a 3111, it's about $100 and no points. Failure to obey a traffic control device.
