I think they need gyroscopic stabilized body cameras. Victim looks like he got a raw deal.

Streaker... is that sarcasm? If not can you elaborate? Possibly I'm missing something from that shaky cam mess, but thinking back to my cop(ish) days, that's a good shoot. I don't care that he was shot in the back (if that's even where the shot landed) because the bad guy had a gun. I don't care if the cops shot first. The bad guy had a gun. Doesn't matter why/where/what/how you are running with a gun... THE BAD GUY HAD A GUN. He's getting shot there 100% of the time.
Interested in your perspective. I suspect I'm missing something.It has to start someplace... It has to start sometime...
